At the Hard Rock Cafe in Plaza Royal Village, right across from the SSA cruise pier in Cozumel. It is a short walk from the ship, and round-trip transportation to the park is included.
Yes. Every Punta Sur tour includes round-trip transportation from the meeting point in Cozumel, so you do not need to arrange a taxi or rent a car.
Yes, the daily park entrance is included in the tour price. Some tours also include snorkeling gear and lounge access.
The snorkel and beach excursion departs at 10:30 a.m. and is timed to get you back before your ship leaves. If your ship has an unusual schedule, message us on WhatsApp before booking and we will tell you whether it fits.
Between four and five hours depending on the tour: the 4x4 Adventure and the RZR Experience run about four hours, and the snorkel excursion and the family ATV tour about five.
Bring some. The park charges a marine protection fee separately on certain tours, and cash is also handy for drinks, souvenirs and tips.
A swimsuit and towel, reef-safe sunscreen, and comfortable shoes if you plan to climb the Celarain Lighthouse. Regular sunscreen is not allowed in the marine park because it damages the reef.
Yes. It is 133 steps to the top, and the view over the southern tip of Cozumel is the best on the island. Wear closed, comfortable shoes for the stairs.
Yes, snorkeling gear is included on the tours that go into the water, so you do not need to bring or rent your own.
Yes. The Family ATV Tour to the Jade Caverns is built around families, and the snorkel and beach excursion works well for mixed groups because there is beach time for everyone.
It depends on the tour: the 4x4 Adventure needs 2 people, the snorkel excursion and the family ATV tour need 4, and the RZR Experience needs 8. The number is shown on each tour page before you book.
